A disturbing incident of molestation has been reported in Kolkata and this time the accused is a Kolkata Police Home Guard who has been arrested. As per reports, Dipankar Sen, the accused, molested a female passenger in a moving local train. He was arrested by Dumdum GRP.
The incident occurred inside UP Shantipur local at around 7:00 pm on Wednesday. As the local train arrived at Platform Number 1 of the Dumdum station, at the time, Dipankar reportedly took advantage of the crowd and molested the victim.
Upon facing protest by the woman, the accused started abusing her. Witnessing the fuss, fellow passengers caught Dpankar and handed him over to the Dumdum GRP. At first, he was detained and was arrested after interrogation.
